Ghoomoworld is a travel agency based in Navi Mumbai, known for their tours to North India, especially Himachal Pradesh.

Challenge:

Ghoomoworld gained a big audience through content creator collabs but it was not sustainable. The audience didn’t respond to Ghoomoworld as a travel agency but to only to creators it collaborated with. They didn’t have organic content, and their visuals were all over the place.

Process:

We divided our process into 4 Milestones. Each phase dealt with a set of problems.

We at Socialion do believe in the algorithm gods, but that doesn’t limit us to ‘trend hopping’.

We use ‘trends’ to our advantage by sandwiching a content strategy that bests suits you, with what’s going viral.

Milestone 1: Fix visual branding, brand voice and profile

All pieces of content on their page followed no strategy. It was a mix of memes, creator collabs and UGC content that didn’t follow any brand guidelines.

To solve this problem, we started off by creating 3 different brand kits.
